The Village at Sugarplum Unit 3 is The Cecret Mountain Lodge! This 3 bedroom with loft condo within 2 miles of two world-famous ski resorts offers 2,323 square feet of living space. With something for everyone, your group of up to 8 people will love the ski-in/out access to Snowbird via intermediate trails to the WhoDunnIt Run, complimentary ski shuttle service to either Alta or Snowbird, a private indoor hot tub, a pool table, and a piano!

SKI IN/OUT ACCESS TO SNOWBIRD
The ski-in/out access trail begins at the end of the road on the Condo Bypass Trail on the Snowbird Trail Map. This trail connects to the Whodunnit run. Coming back take the Peruvian Express or the Tram, following the blue trail markers and signs for the Fun Run or Chips, continue down to Whodunnit and you are back where you started. Trail Access is contingent on sufficient snow levels.
SHUTTLE ACCESS TO ALTA AND SNOWBIRD
On the south end of the road is the shuttle stop. The complimentary shuttle runs daily from the last week of December to the first week of April on a continuous loop to both Alta and Snowbird throughout the day.

Really family friendly and comforting
by MikeWe had a great stay in Snowbird/Alta. The place had a really fun, old-school feel and honestly felt like home from the minute we walked in. It wasn’t true ski-in/ski-out, but we just drove to the base each day, which ended up being kind of refreshing. We all stuck together as a family all day—sometimes having the option to ski straight home breaks everyone up, and this did the opposite. The best part was after skiing, hanging out together by the fire on the couch. Great hosts, great home, and we’d definitely go back.
Home was great, very comfortable and warm. Not easy to access ski lifts - but there are shuttles and if you have a car easy parking at snowbird
We stayed at Sugarplum Unit 3 for a week in mid-December. This was "early season" by any definition and of course the lodging team can't be responsible for guaranteeing snowfall. In a perfect world, mid-January to late March is peak season and best snow conditions for skiing. The reservations team were candid, helpful and pleasant to work with throughout. The on-site management team was quickly responsive when called, making our overall experience very pleasant. We were the first renters of the season for this unit so one might expect some 'shakedown cruise' issues and these were handily finessed by the team.
Overall a very positive experience. I would recommend Canyon Services and thee condos for future rental as theyt are nicely outfitted (if a bit dated) and fairly priced IMO.
Perfect Snowbird Spot
by TrevorOur group loved this spot, we had plenty of space to spread out upstairs and downstairs. Everything was clean and the short walk to the Snowbird run made skiing each day super convenient.
Condo had plenty of space for 6 guys on a snowboarding trip. Pool table and hot tub were great amenities. Walk from front door to the ski trail was less than 2 minutes. Cannot beat this location!

by Jenny BackusYou can\'t beat the location or the cleanliness of this cute condo or the incredible services like the ski shuttle. Canyon Services does a wonderful job of making sure you are prepared and everything is taken care of. We had a wonderful MLK ski break here with two families. Beautiful views outside and in. Only small suggestion would be to maybe update some of the appliances. They are older but they all worked fine except we had a couple of small issues with the washer.

by Mary AnnWe had a great experience for a quick snowboard trip for 6 people (2 couples and 2 friends). Living space was perfect for our group and we called cliff lodge to transport us to the lifts and dinners. Highly recommend! There is only 1 car allowed, but 2 friends took a shuttle which worked out.
Excellent
by KimberlyExcellent place to stay. Loved the view! Management went above and beyond to provide us with the extra things we needed. The only negative thing we discovered was a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Other than that, everything was great!
Very comfortable stay for 4 people (1 couple, 2 singles) that was walking distance to the slopes. Gorgeous views from the hot tub and living room!
Great Surpise!
by MikeThe property was great - we do a ski trip every year to Whistler and chose Snowbird given the pandemic. The shuttle service for free on demand was a great surprise that we didn’t know it included. The garage also was a solid +. Property managers were responsive and greatly helpful. Usually when we do this trip the Airbnb or VRBO is made to look larger in the photos. This one was just as we expected. Slept 8 people comfortably and was everything we could ask for. Thanks you! And we will for sure be in touch for future stays!!
Convenient
by Mary JaneThe condo is in a convenient location between Alta and Snowbird. We had a few questions in the beginning and the response from the property manager was very quick. We would definitely stay here again.
