Completely renovated from the floor to the ceiling in 2022, Sugarplum Townhouse 1B is the Gadzoom Manor! This 3 bedroom plus den townhouse, located within two miles of two world-famous ski resorts, offers 2,900 square feet of living space, complimentary ski shuttle service to either Alta or Snowbird, and ski access to Snowbird. Your group of up to 10 people will love the stunning mountain views, open floor plan and soaking in the private outdoor hot tub!

SKI IN/OUT ACCESS TO SNOWBIRD
The ski-in/out access trail begins at the end of the Townhouse Complex driveway and directly across the Bypass Road on the Condo Bypass Trail located on the Snowbird Trail Map. This trail connects to the Whodunnit run. Coming back take the Peruvian Express or the Tram, following the blue trail markers and signs for the Fun Run or Chips, continue down to Whodunnit and you are back where you started. Trail Access is contingent on sufficient snow levels.

SHUTTLE ACCESS TO ALTA AND SNOWBIRD
Go up the driveway and head up the Bypass road. The shuttle stop is located at the top of the hill. The complimentary shuttle runs daily from the last week of December to the first week of April on a continuous loop to both Alta and Snowbird throughout the day.

Great for a Family

We had five adults for five days of skiing at Sugarplum Townhouse 1B. We have stayed at Sugarplum Townhouses and other houses in Alta for the past twelve years. This is great for the family. Access to skiing is wonderful, with the Alta Shuttle on call at the end of the driveway. Eating in for breakfast and dinner is a joy. The kitchen is well supplied. The private hot tub is a welcome relaxation after skiing. We had a lot of fun and connection.

Rented Sugarplum Townhouse 1b at Snowbird. It was a great space and experience; definitely recommend. Beautiful view, plenty of room, comfortable. Everything worked and no complaints. We had three dad\'s and four 18-20 year old sons. The architect could have used the abundant space better for sleeping arrangement for our circumstance, but it was fine. We cooked in, and there was plenty of pots, pans, utensils and even spices. Enjoy!

This condo could not be more perfect! We came with 8 adults and there was plenty of room to sleep and the 3.5 bathrooms was definitely appreciated. Had the best time skiing both Alta and Snowbird (easy to hop onto the ski runs from the condo or call the shuttle - never had to wait more than 5 minutes). Kitchen was easy to use and well stocked and we had a chef come to the house one night per canyon service recommendations - definitely would do!! The views are unbeatable, as is the location and the hot tub is much appreciated after long ski days. Definitely would come back

Up-scale townhome with 5+ narrow floors - the separation is nice for sound and relaxing. Views were incredible, a mile walk to either Alta or Snowbird. Weather did not get too hot, although the place is setup for the main events in winter - and the multiple fireplaces would be fun to use in the winter.
